One should Wake up early, run in the open field every morning, eat some dried rice and drink water as his/her stomach can contains. But one must follow the rules bellow.
1. Get up from bed before sun rises.
2. Go to open field. Jog and run in the field for 10 minutes. Breathe closing mouth.
3. Do some free hand exercises and yoga which helps to grow taller. (a) Uttanasana/ Intense forward bending pose and (b) Camel Pose/ Ustrasana.
4. Now wash your hands, brush mouth.
5. At 7 a.m. or early eat some dried rice and drink water as your stomach can contain.
6. In the evening jug again eat some dried rice or any good food and drink water.
